Delta at 35: Ogbimi Congratulates Deltans, Calls for Greater Unity and Progress

Congratulations to the Government and People of Delta State on the 35th Anniversary of the Creation of Delta State

I,Hon. Jude Omena Ogbimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited,has congratulated the Government and people of Delta State on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the creation of the state.

Ogbimi extended his warm felicitations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, traditional rulers, political leaders, community leaders, youths, women and all Deltans at home and in the diaspora.

He described the 35th anniversary as a significant milestone and an opportunity to celebrate the resilience, achievements and contributions of Deltans to the development of the state and Nigeria at large.

Ogbimi urged Deltans to continue to promote peace, unity, mutual respect and understanding, irrespective of ethnic, cultural or political differences.

He noted that the diversity of Delta State remains a strength that should be harnessed for greater development, stressing that the collective interest of the state must always take precedence over sectional considerations.

He also commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his leadership and development efforts, while encouraging Deltans to support initiatives that will promote peace, prosperity and sustainable development across the state.

Ogbimi wished Delta State continued growth, peace, unity and prosperity, expressing optimism that the coming years would bring greater opportunities and improved living conditions for the people.
