Ibori-Suenu Celebrates Amori at 74

The member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu, has joined family members, political leaders and other dignitaries in celebrating the 74th birthday of former Senator and prominent Delta political leader, Chief Ighoyota Amori.
Ibori-Suenu joined the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, who represented the State Governor, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, and other distinguished guests at Amori’s residence in Asaba to mark the occasion.
In her goodwill message, Ibori-Suenu described Chief Amori as a distinguished statesman and an influential leader whose contributions to the political development and growth of Delta State remain significant.
She commended Amori’s leadership within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), his service as Chief Adviser and his continued commitment to the development of the state, describing his wealth of experience, wisdom and counsel as invaluable to younger political leaders.
According to her, Chief Amori’s dedication to public service and steadfast commitment to the interests of his people have earned him the respect and admiration of many across Delta State and beyond.
The lawmaker prayed to God to continue to grant the celebrant sound health, divine wisdom, renewed strength and many more years of fruitful service to humanity.
She conveyed the warm wishes of the people of Ethiope Federal Constituency to the former senator, saying his life of service and leadership remains worthy of celebration.
