DSIEC Chairman Agbaike Admitted as Fellow of Conflict Management Institute


The Chairman of the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC), Sir Dr. Raphael Jerry Agbaike, has been admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Conflict Management and Negotiation Analysts (ICMNA).
Agbaike’s admission followed a successful evaluation of his credentials, professional assessment and compliance with the institute’s membership requirements and standards.
In a letter dated September 23, 2026, and signed by the Membership Coordinator, Olusegun Samuel, on behalf of the Chief Registrar, the institute formally approved Agbaike’s admission into its fellowship cadre with membership number F/026/4034 followed by an award ceremony in abuja on 25th september 2026 which authorised him to use the professional designation FICMNA — Fellow, Institute of Conflict Management and Negotiation Analysts.
According to the institute, the fellowship confers on Agbaike the rights and privileges attached to the membership grade, including participation in its meetings, elections, professional development programmes, workshops, seminars, symposia, Annual General Meetings, conferences and other official activities.
The institute congratulated Sir Dr Agbaike on the achievement, describing the fellowship as recognition of his professional credentials and welcoming him into its community of professionals committed to excellence in conflict management and negotiation practice.
