2027: FUNKEKEME BOMBS ATIKU, OBI IN ASABA - SAYS ATIKU SOLD 44 COMPANIES WITHOUT REMITTING FUNDS, OBI CAN'T BE TRUSTED

Ahead of 2027, the State Coordinator of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, RHA, Rt. Hon. Funkekeme Solomon has bombed opposition Presidential candidates, saying they have nothing to offer Nigeria.
Funkekeme spoke in Asaba when the State Executives of the Police Community Relations Committee, PCRC, Delta State, paid him a courtesy visit.
He particularly decried the ADC Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who was Vice President and Chairman of the Privatization Council under President Olusegun Obasanjo between 1999-2007.
According to Funkekeme, Atiku superintended the sale of about 44 productive Federal Government companies without remitting the funds till today, a development that has robbed the present generation of companies that would have been of great help to the economy.
He also lambasted Atiku for promising to bring back fuel subsidy, alleging that he was a beneficiary of the subsidy loot.
"Subsidy removal by PBAT is what makes both states and LGAs get funds for developmental projects," Funkekeme declared.
On the NDC Presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, the RHA Coordinator said he cannot be trusted with power.
According to him, Obi is not a consistent person, moving from one party to another and running away from minor issues which he ought to face headlong.
Earlier, the State President of PCRC, Comrade Ambassador Oliver Eyefia, who led the delegation, had made a passionate appeal to Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to come to their aid.
Eyefia disclosed that the PCRC is 42 years old, entrenched in the ranks of the Police, with over 10,000 members across Delta State working selflessly with the Police and any government in power to ensure peace and security.
"This PCRC is 42 years now and it's all in the ranks of police. We have over 10,000 members across the state working with the police and the government" he said.
He lamented that while their counterparts in other states enjoy full funding from their state governments, Delta PCRC has been abandoned.
"Our counterpart states are being funded by their state government, so we are appealing to Governor Sheriff to come to our plight and we should be considered whenever any decision will be taken for security services," Eyefia appealed.
